Instead of eating lunch, I ducked out between cloudbursts to continue my investigation of the creek trail.
Long-term projects always seem to include a period of resistance as my mind wraps itself around something bigger than usual.
For the next eight days, I will be working on abstract encaustic wax paintings at the Marjie Mabel Project artist residency in Vancouver, Washington.
November 11 – 20 in Forest Grove, Oregon. Come shop six new watercolors from my Oregon coast road trip, plus art prints & urchin bowls! Ten days of festivities including food, music, and meet-the-artist events.
