Most Accessible Wonder Windows

The top nine most accessible Wonder Windows at Hagg Lake include three Windows near ADA accessible or paved parking along a flat path, plus six that are fully visible from your parked vehicle (these may not have direct access on a paved or flat path).

The nine most accessible Wonder Windows for visitors with limited mobility are marked with blue pins on the map below. (Additional Wonder Windows marked with green pins are not fully visible from the parking lot). Click here for a Google map of all 18 Wonder Windows.

Details about each of the nine most accessible Wonder Windows are listed below, starting from the south end of the lake (south of the dam) and continuing clockwise around the lake. After passing through the entry fee booth, take your first left turn and cross the dam to begin your journey!

Elks Recreation Area

ADA accessible

Fully visible from the center of the paved parking lot at Elks Recreation Area. Direct access to the Window is along a flat gravel path leading from the accessible parking stalls. Restrooms and picnic tables at this site.

C-Ramp South Trail

Fully visible from the paved south parking lot at C-Ramp, near the accessible parking stalls at the far south end of the lot. To access this lot, enter the main C-Ramp Recreation Area, turn right, and continue to the far end of the south lot. Direct access to the Window is along a short but uneven dirt path leading from the lake side of the accessible parking stalls. Restrooms and picnic tables at this site.

C-Ramp Pier

Very close to the parking lot and ADA accessible

Fully visible from the paved north parking lot at C-Ramp, near the accessible parking stalls at the northeast corner of the north lot. To access this lot, enter the main C-Ramp Recreation Area, turn left, and continue towards the lake. Direct access to the Window is along a flat paved path leading from the accessible parking stalls. Restrooms and picnic tables at this site.

Bobcat Cove

Fully visible from the center of the gravel parking lot at Bobcat Cove. Direct access to the Window is across a grassy lawn that slopes down towards the lake.

Tanner Creek 2

Fully visible from the small gravel parking lot / pullout at Tanner Creek 2. This pullout is easy to miss. Slow down when you see the sign for Tanner Creek 1 and start looking for the Tanner Creek 2 sign. Direct access to the Window is along a dirt path that may be rutted or muddy.

Twin Oaks

Fully visible from the center of the gravel parking lot at Twin Oaks. Direct access to the Window is along a dirt path that slopes down towards the lake.

Orchard Ridge

Fully visible from the small gravel parking lot / pullout at Orchard Ridge. Direct access to the Window is along a dirt path with an up-and-down incline.

Eagle Point North

Very close to the parking lot and ADA accessible

Fully visible from the paved parking lot at Eagle Point, near the accessible parking stall at the northwest corner of the lot (farthest from the entry road). Direct access to the Window is along a flat paved path. Restrooms and picnic tables at this site.

Dam Overlook

Very close to the parking lot

Fully visible from the center of the paved parking lot at Dam Overlook. Direct access to the Window is across a grassy lawn that slopes down towards the lake. Restrooms and picnic tables at this site.

Honorable Mentions

Three more Wonder Windows are close to the parking lots, but not fully visible from a parked car. Those Windows are Disc Golf, Scoggins Creek, and Eagle Point South.
