A round moon gate leads out from the peaceful, enclosed courtyard of the Scholar's Study at Lan Su Chinese Garden in downtown Portland, Oregon. The courtyard features one of the garden's sculptural, water-carved limestone boulders imported from Lake Tai, Suzhou, China.
